I’ve been flower-obsessed since childhood. At the time, sunflowers were my favorite and no knock on those, but aesthetically I’ve evolved since then. Now my idea of floral heaven consists of roses, the garden and climbing varieties, and peonies as big as your head. My hope is that the yard at our new home will, in time, have all of the above. But in the meantime, I’m getting my floral fix indoors.
Clary and I are turning the living space into a garden lovers dream. She has found wallpapers prettier than you can imagine, dedicated an entire room to treillage and is sourcing furniture that matches the vision to boot. I’ve been scoping out some accent pieces to fill in here and there and, as rattan is one of my favorite materials, was over the moon when I stumbled upon the Flower Home line by Drew Barrymore, available at Walmart.com. The pieces, which you can see above and below, are aligned with my aesthetic and coordinate beautifully with all of the floral finds going into the house. I love that while blooms are centric to the line, not all pieces are flower-forward (enter rattan). A few other reasons I was excited to find the line (besides the fact that I love Drew Barrymore)…
As soon as I opened the boxes, I was delighted with what came out. Ordering home pieces online can be intimidating as you never know what you’re going to get, but this was a wonderful experience. They are obviously well-designed (both visually and how they’re manufactured).
If I wouldn’t have told you where these pieces were from, I wonder how many would have guessed! The goal with the house is to create a stylish space…and it can get expensive. I am so excited that I found pieces that don’t cost an arm and a leg but look like they do!
Got Here Quickly
I am as impatient as they come and when I find something I want, I don’t want to wait. I was impressed with how quickly everything in my order shipped and orders over $35 on Walmart.com ship for free, which is always a welcome treat.
I’m linking some of my favorite pieces below. As always, I’ve edited this with my aesthetic in mind. These are all pieces I would love to have in our home and I think you’ll love in your spaces too. If you end up choosing them, send me the photos! I am obsessed with seeing how you style your Born on Fifth finds.
How precious is the packing tape…they thought of every detail and it truly makes for a special experience!
Thank you to Walmart.com for sponsoring this post. I’m thrilled to be able to share the news about the lovely Flower Home by Drew Barrymore line with you all and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
