Halloween Decor: Make Your Home the Prettiest Haunt on the Block

It’s officially ghouls just wanna have fun season, and I’m absolutely here for it.

October always starts on a high note (hello, birthday month!) and wraps with Halloween, the most delightfully low-stakes holiday of the year. No pressure, just costumes, candy, and cozy vibes.

Since Halloween is the unofficial kickoff to a very full holiday season, I like to ease into the spirit. And when it comes to decorating, the trick to keeping it festive and stress-free is focusing on one statement moment. For me, this is a tablescape. Whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or an impromptu pumpkin party, that’s where most of my spooky sparkle goes. So naturally, most of my Halloween decor picks are tabletop-friendly.

Scroll on for a peek at our setups from years past, and if you’re costume-hunting, I added a few of our faves from last year, too.

Hanukkah incoming! Favorite menorahs If you’re thinking ahead.

One of my best Halloween tables – was a hit with the kids (and I loved it too)!

Last Year’s Favorite Costumes

Elle as Wednesday Addams! Think this will be a popular one again this year.

Elle also wore a corpse bride costume. So simple, but so good!

Can’t handle the cuteness of these costumes. Max from Where the Wild Things Are!

Still spider man obsessed around here! Might pull these costumes out again this year.
