Setting A Lovely Spring Table
A few weeks ago, the ladies from The Avenue in Houston made a trip to Atlanta and invited me to set a table using their beautiful wares. Since our dining room is in progress, I set our *oval* breakfast table which was a good challenge as the bistro chairs make it feel a bit casual (as a breakfast table should feel) and I wanted the table to be sophisticated. I opted not to use a tablecloth since the plates themselves were so pretty, and we had a statement floral by Alyssa from Ginger Rose Florals. I added small bud vases to flank the rest of the table. Cake plates were also a fun element, and candles are always a lovely touch.
Take a look at the images and let me know what you think! Beyond the napkins, which are from Courtland & Co, the cake plates and the place cards which are Il Papiro, everything (including the dress!) is available on The Avenue and I’ll also link some similar items to get the look for less.
