Workout Looks to Motivate You

I decided awhile ago that I wanted to spend two hours a week working out out of the house; I spent a long time trying different classes and found that the best fit for me is a private pilates class with Hanna at The Daily (@hannasellers)┬áhere in Atlanta. I’m so obsessed with her energy and her outfits. Even from my sessions with Hannah twice a week I’ve noticed such a change in my overall fitness. Workouts are so personal and right now pilates is really grounding for me, providing mental clarity during the chaotic days of working and having three kids!

My new found love for pilates as a third place has inspired me to think more about what I’m wearing to class and how to take my looks from being functional in pilates to wearing them as an all-day outfit – like this one. I find flared legs help. Below, a few of my favorite pieces when I leave home to get my workout on. If I do do an at-home workout it’s usually Isaac Boots and I’m in my favorite sweats and sports bra. Sharing those too.
