Fur x basket bag. A winning combo.
Fall is my favorite time to get dressed. The weather is cool enough to play with layers like jackets, sweaters, and scarves but still warm enough that you don’t have to hide the entire look beneath a winter coat. It’s the sweet spot of dressing, if you ask me.
If you, too, are already bursting with fall-shopping excitement, I’ve rounded up everything currently on my radar below. Consider this your permission to start building your autumn wardrobe a little early.
This new version of the pointe heel is what my dreams are made of!
Will be wearing my cream colored uniform all fall.
A most perfect transitional short sleeve sweater.
Pink and brown look. The inverse of this combo would be chic too.
Furry mules add some fun.
Cream Uniform
Light hues after Labor Day are okay, even necessary, in my book. I love creamy whites for fall into winter.
Pops of Print, Animal Ideally
Leopard, zebra, and cheetah, oh my. While animal print may be a moment in time in some closets, it’s become a neutral for me. Pair with almost anything for immediate added interest.
Pink and Brown
A color combo fixation that I’ve been stuck on since last fall. Chocolate brown and blush pair together so well, I don’t think I’ll ever stop.
A Little Lace
Lace is chic year-round, but as I find myself layering more into the colder months, it sneaks into my wardrobe more and more.
Serotonin Shoes
Much like Carrie, I’m addicted to shoes. My visit to the city this past weekend only furthered this love as I saw the new Louboutin ballerinas and had to catch my breath.
