What to Wear to the Nutcracker

What to wear, where has been a series on Born on Fifth for as long as I can remember. It dawned on me that I’ve never formally shared what to wear to The Nutcracker, and since we go each year, I figured now is as good a time as any to share a few ideas that are on pointe, if you will.

I actually remember going to The Fox Theater as a child and watching the ballet with my mom. It felt very long and I recall a nap or two in my time. Now, the boys sneak a little snooze but Elle watches with wide eyes and full attention. She’s been in Atlanta and New York City, and we’re headed back to Lincoln Center this year to see the spectacle. Below, some inspiration for you and your family.

A few photos from our last visit to Lincoln Center, if you care to look. We also ran into Charlotte Groeneveld (aka The Fashion Guitar) and I chatted with her for a bit. Her look is downtown, and also very chic!
