The First Year

Born on Fifth is my second baby to be, well, born on fifth. Eloise James (Elle for short) was born last February Fifth.

It’s been a year that I can hardly remember (that new-mama fog is REAL) and yet, it’s one that I simply will never forget. I learned how to swaddle, put Elle in a lot of shoes that fell off her feet like these and these and pretty much always had an accessory in her hair.

In an effort to document some of my favorite memories, I thought I’d share a look back at a handful of photos from Elle’s first year. Coming soon…how we celebrated sweet Elle on her first birthday and a look back at our favorite things, including our choice for car seat and stroller.
