My Beauty Basics
Admittedly, I have a lot of room to grow in the beauty department. My routine is pretty much to wash my face in the shower (switching from the Oil of Olay towelettes to actual face wash was a big step for me) and hope that I remember to lather on some cream or serum and perhaps toner, though I’m never sure of the right order.
Glossier is my favorite beauty brand (and has been for the past two years…literally fan girled when I met Emily Weiss), but even so, I need to up my game and actually explore their next gen products (and use the few things I have, like Boy Brow and Balm Dot Com).
Alas, here are the beauty basics that have a seat at the table on a daily basis (which is an odd choice for a metaphor considering I never miss a meal, yet I can’t seem to get a skincare routine down pat). I can always count on the products below!
