My initial foray into Palm Beach came when my favorite fitness star Isaac Calpito aka Isaac Boots took up residency at the Colony Hotel. My best friend Elizabeth, who introduced me to the Torch’d workout a year prior, and I booked a ticket and a room and off we went. Elizabeth is a seasoned Palm Beach pro, so I followed her lead. Since then I’ve been back several times and have my go-to’s mapped out below if you’re planning a trip of your own. I also always get asked what to wear, where, so am sharing some looks below in case you need a bit of inspiration.
WEAR
The best outfit is back in stock! Add a boucle jacket on top if you are visiting in the springtime – mornings can still be chilly.
Dress by Loretta Caponi is linked in pink and is 50% off!
Perfect outfit for a family beach day! P.s. if you’re bringing the kids you need this hanging garment bag made especially for them!
STAY
Four Seasons Palm Beach
I’ve now stayed in two different rooms here, both featuring the famous pink stripes. Want the look? You’ll need to ask for a cabana room, as not all of the rooms have been updated (thank me later for this tip, the room brings me immense joy). But, if you’re traveling with littles you may need more space as the cabana rooms might be tight with small children. For our family trip we booked the Ocean Grande Suite that has the stripes in the main area, a primary bedroom, and nice bathroom with an adjoining room for the kids.
The resort is lovely and the restaurants, pool, and beach can’t be beat for a Four Seasons. You are about a 20 minute ride from the Palm Beach places you’ll want to post up, but the drive is down Billionaire’s row, so it could be worse.
The Colony Hotel
If you want to stay in the action, this is the spot for you. I’ve stayed here twice, once before the renovation and once after. The rooms are cheery, the location can’t be beat and the scene is everything.

It’s hard to go wrong in Palm Beach, truly. It’s a little slice of heaven!
